About CPPOAI

CPPOAI  is the "Master Association" for the Majestic Community also known as  Cypress Pines, located at 352 Homestead Rd. S, Lehigh Acres FL 33936

We  pride ourselves as being a wonderful and friendly deed restricted  community, that is made up of single family homes, duplexes and  condominiums (Kings Greens at Majestic Condominium Assoc., Inc.).

​Established  in August of 1995, CPPOAI is responsible for all compliance related  matters within the community; storm-water management, ponds &  fountains, entrance monument signs and streets and is so stated in the  Articles of Incorporation.

We  are fortunate to be a residential community that surrounds a lovely 18  hole golf course known as:  Majestic Golf Club that is open to the  public daily for recreational purposes; and is  independently owned and  operated; the golf course is a separate entity from CPPOAI and Kings  Greens at Majestic Condominium Assoc., Inc.
